Shipping Costs:
You just need to pay $15 flat fee for per order,no matter how many items you purchase in your order. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute after the completion of your order. If your Order is Above $150, you can enjoy our Free shipping policy.

Delivery Dates
We promised fast shipping within 5-8 days with the sale items in stock. Special order for customer’s personal design requirements will be shipping within 5-15 days according to the detailed descriptions.

Order Tracking
When your package is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including the tracking number of your order.

Your responsibilities
It is your responsibility to ensure your correct contact details that will be send over to the courier company. If we are required to redirect the shipment, any associated costs as may be applicable shall be your responsibility.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damage to your order in transit after your order is handed over to the courier company.



Return
Due to the fact that our items are bought over the Internet, cannot be tried on ahead of time and are bought site unseen, we have developed the following return and exchange policy for customer service purposes. Of course, we hope that you are happy with your selection. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, our return and exchange policy is as follows:

Required Conditions of Return
-Items must be returned in the original condition as they were sent within 30 days from the date of SHIPMENT. Return orders received after this date will not be accepted for refund, exchange or repair.

-You need to pay the return shipping fee by yourself.

-Custom orders such as orders with engraving and special ring sizes cannot be accepted back for a return (refund, exchange or repair).

-If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please email us before shipping. However if the order has been shipped, we can not cancel the order then.

-The last but not least, please contact us for return or exchange in advance, our customer service department will offer you the returning address, otherwise we are sorry that you should be in charge of the risks and the loss.

Before return, what should you do
Please contact us within 3 days after you receive the products providing you, find them defective, damaged or faulty due to our mistake caused unconsciously, we will send you return address via email.Before returning products, please ensure that the products are in the original conditions and of no artificial damage, furthermore, the labels should be integral and the package should be complete, otherwise we will deduct depreciation fees accordingly.

Return Process
We will inspect and check the condition of the item once we receive the return package. Items must be returned in the condition they were sent for arrange your order refund. Returns take approximately 3-6 business days to process upon receive the item. We will refund the full cost of the item except original shipping fee, handling and insurance charges. Refunds will be made using the method of payment used in the original purchase. Please allow 3-6 days for your credit to appear after the product has been received at the warehouse.

Exchange Policy
If you want to exchange, the conditions are the same as the returns.

Canceled Orders:
If you place an order with us and decide to cancel it while it is in route to you, you will be responsible for all shipping fee's. Once a package has been shipped it is subject to shipping fees both to and from your location. Canceled orders are also subject to a 15% restocking fee.
